Refund policy

Made-to-order products

Custom vehicles, modified components and special-order parts are produced or sourced to an approved specification. For this reason, they cannot normally be cancelled, changed or returned for preference once procurement or work has begun.

If you need to change or cancel a custom order, contact us immediately. We will review the stage of the order and identify any work completed, parts committed or non-recoverable costs before confirming what is possible. Any change to specification, price or timing must be agreed in writing.

Standard stock parts

Please contact us before returning any standard stock item. For a voluntary return to be considered, the item should be unused, uninstalled, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Electrical or electronic parts that have been installed, connected, programmed or altered may not be eligible for a voluntary return. We will provide return approval and the correct return address in writing before anything is sent back.

Incorrect, damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged, differs materially from the confirmed order or appears defective, please stop using it and contact us with the order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs or video where appropriate. Retain the product, packaging and shipping materials while the claim is reviewed.

After assessment, we will provide the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law or agreed with you.

Return costs and refunds

Where a voluntary return is approved, return shipping and any associated import charges are normally the customer's responsibility. Original shipping, customs and handling charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our confirmed error.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card and payment-provider processing times are outside our control.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, refund or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded in the customer's jurisdiction. Where mandatory law provides greater protection, that law applies.
