Terms of service
Project confirmation, deposits, and staged payments
The product page, written quote, payment notice, checkout information, order confirmation, and any later written confirmations together form the project record. If any item conflicts, the most recent written confirmation agreed by both parties controls the configuration, scope, amount, and schedule. Oral discussions, reference images, or payment alone do not automatically change the confirmed project scope.
The US$3,000 deposit starts a confirmed custom project. The US$500-per-unit flexible payment is for progress payments, final balances, price adjustments, or other project charges confirmed in writing. The buyer must select the quantity stated in the written notice and accurately enter the payment purpose, project reference, or contact name. If an amount due remains unpaid, Ghostfire Archive may pause work, delivery, or shipment until all due amounts are received. Incorrect or excess payments will be handled as confirmed in writing by both parties.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final delivery or shipment is conditional on receipt of all project amounts then due, shipping charges, and other confirmed fees. Payment of a deposit or staged payment is not a promise of any configuration, performance, certification, road legality, shipping method, or delivery date that has not been confirmed in writing.
Custom production, dedicated sourcing, and scheduling are performed to good-faith estimates and do not guarantee an arrival date. Parts availability, quality-control reinspection, customer changes, dangerous-goods transport, customs, and carrier arrangements may affect timing. Cancellations, returns, and refunds for custom orders are governed by our Refund Policy, without limiting rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
About these terms
Ghostfire Archive is an independent electric motorcycle modification studio and parts supplier. These terms explain how we confirm, build and support an order. They are intended to give both the customer and our workshop a clear written record of the agreed specification.
Custom order experience
Our modified Ninebot vehicles and selected components are made or sourced for an individual customer. Before ordering, please review the product description, selected options, estimated production time, price and shipping information. If anything is unclear, contact us before checkout and we will help confirm the configuration.
By placing a custom order and completing the required acknowledgement, the customer asks us to begin sourcing and production after payment is accepted. Work may include fabrication, machining, cutting, coating, painting, assembly, programming and procurement of dedicated parts.
Order confirmation and changes
The product page selections, cart properties, order confirmation and any later written agreement together form the confirmed specification. Please check them carefully. A requested change is effective only when we accept it in writing. Changes may affect price and production time, and some changes may no longer be possible after the relevant work or procurement has begun.
Product descriptions and reference images
We aim to describe every product accurately. Photographs may show previous builds, optional equipment or reference finishes. Hand-finished surfaces, carbon-fiber patterns, anodizing, coating and other custom work can show reasonable variation. A reference image is not a promise that every visible component is included unless the written configuration says so.
Pricing, currency and shipping
The checkout currency and final checkout total control the amount charged. Any live currency conversion shown on the product page is an estimate until checkout. Unless expressly included in the order confirmation, product prices do not include shipping, customs duty, import tax, brokerage, inspection, registration or local compliance costs.
Production schedule
The usual custom production estimate is approximately 15 days unless the product page or order confirmation states otherwise. This is a good-faith estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Complex finishing, parts availability, customer-requested changes, quality-control rework and freight arrangements can affect timing. We will communicate material changes when they become known.
Performance and safe use
Speed, acceleration and range figures are estimates based on the stated test conditions. Actual results depend on configuration, tune, rider weight, battery condition, temperature, wind, terrain, tire pressure, maintenance and riding style. They are not guaranteed minimum results.
High-performance electric motorcycles require experienced operation, appropriate protective equipment, inspection and maintenance. The customer must follow the supplied component instructions and must not operate a vehicle that appears damaged, incorrectly assembled or unsafe.
Local laws and road use
The customer is responsible for checking import, registration, licensing, insurance and road-use rules in the destination jurisdiction before ordering. Unless we provide a specific written statement for the destination, a modified vehicle is not represented as road legal, homologated or certified for public-road use.
