Shipping charges

Unless stated at checkout or in your written order confirmation, product prices do not include shipping, freight, customs charges or local delivery costs.

For eligible U.S. orders, available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Custom vehicles and oversized shipments may require a separately confirmed freight arrangement.

International orders

Orders for destinations outside the United States, including Russia, are handled by individual quotation. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm product availability, shipping options and estimated costs.

International availability depends on carriers, payment services, customs requirements and applicable trade restrictions. We may be unable to accept or complete a shipment to every destination.

Custom build timing

Custom vehicles and made-to-order parts enter production only after the configuration, price and payment terms have been confirmed in writing. Estimated build and dispatch timing is provided for each order and may change because of component availability, inspection requirements or logistics. We will notify you of any material change.

Customs, taxes and local requirements

Unless your order confirmation states otherwise, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, registration, inspection and other destination charges are not included. The recipient is responsible for complying with local import and vehicle requirements, subject to rights and obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Delivery and inspection

Tracking or freight reference information will be provided when available. Delivery services and unloading requirements vary by destination and shipment type.

Please inspect the shipment on arrival. Where possible, record visible damage with the carrier, take photographs, retain the packaging and contact us as soon as reasonably possible through our contact form.

Wholesale shipments

Shipping terms for wholesale and multi-item orders are confirmed in the applicable quotation or order confirmation. Costs depend on the products, quantity, destination and available transport method.
